Measure Basic Minerals

Volumetric (teaspoon, tablespoon, etc.) measures of some commonly used minerals.  I determined these measurements by weighing repeatedly and using different "sets" of measuring spoons then determining an average.

For accuracy, minerals should be weighed as volume measures can vary.  Gram scales can be purchased inexpensively from several sources.  PureBulk has several digital gram scales available here.  I recently got the Scale Mate 201 for $28.00 and am very pleased with it.  This scale is accurate to 0.01 grams and will weigh up to 200 grams.
